My brother is considering getting hair transplants. He started balding before he even turned 30 years old. He struggled with what to do with his hair since he was still very young. Eventually, he decided to just shave his head bald. He did not like doing this as his head does often become cold during the winter. Male baldness does run in our family. My dad is losing his hair but he has chosen not to shave his head. He thinks that he has an odd shaped head so he does not think he would look good if he shaved it. My brother has considered this decision very long and hard before making a choice. After he got married, his wife tried to convince him that he needed to have the procedure done. He is concerned that they will not look real. I think he should do what makes him happy no matter what other people think.
